To resolve this issue you'll need to follow the below steps -
- Open Word
- Go to file
- Options (at the bottom left)
- Customize Ribbon
- Tick Developer on right-hand side third from bottom, then click ok.
You'll now have the Developer tab on the toolbar/Ribbon.
- Click on the Developer tab
- Click on Word add-ins
- Untick the top box which should be slsFamilylawgroup.dotm
- then click Ok.
You'll be left with one tab that works. However it doesn't save these settings, so we'd advise that you leave a blank word document open whilst you are working to keep the settings active. Once Word closes you may need to complete these steps again.
