When inserting the letterhead into a full document you receive the above error.
This is because there is not enough room for the letterhead to populate your document.
To resolve this do the following:
- Start a new document
- Insert the letterhead first
- Copy and Paste your data from the previous document into the new one
You should now have a letter with the letterhead inserted.
