Here is a guide on how to solve the below error message.


Firstly open "File Explorer

Then Check on the "This PC" tab.

Check if you have "Laserforms (Q:)" available.

If it is not available, go to your desktop and double click on the "Refresh Network Drives" application.

After it has finished check Laserform's again. It should open as normal again.
