You see the above error intermittantly, or after some down time on Law Fusion:
This can be related to numerous things, but mostly the internet connection. Please make sure you are using a wired connection where possible.
If you see this error and it doesn't close or continues to come up, go to the bottom left search function.
Type in "renew"
After the top "Renew LawFusion" app shows, press "Enter"
Law Fusion will close down and will start a new instance of Law Fusion for you without any other input.
This should renew your connection to the SQL server, and allow you to continue to work.
As always if you are away from your computer you should be closing Law Fusion and signing out of the computer.
