Some times the Law Fusion add-ins fail to load but are not in the disabled add-ins section they are classed as "inactive"
- Go to File top left
- Then Options - bottom left
- A menu screen will appear
- Go to Add-ins near the bottom
- You should see Law Fusion Outlook Addin under the "Inactive Application Add-ins"
- If so make sure the drop down menu is set to COM Add-ins and click Go
- another menu will appear
- Tick the box for the Law Fusion and then Ok
Close down the menu's and Law Fusion add-in should now be active again. You may need to restart outlook if you don't see it right away.
