This an application that run a VPN tunnel to our secure network to allow you access to things like Law Fusion and the policies that apply for access to various parts of the network.
Your first connection will need authorising using your Family Law Group email and password along with Multi-Factor Authentication.
Pulse Secure is set up to only lunch when you are not connected to one of our internets sources. Should you not be in an office and you are can not access Law Fusion check that Pulse Secure has made a connection
- When in one of our office's it should show as below
- When in a location other than an office it should show as below
If you are away from the office and it is not connected do the following:
- Using the search box you type in "Pulse" and this will appear.
- Press "Enter" and you will be shown the below box -
- Press "Connect" and you may need to Authorise the connection using your work account details.
After it is connected you should be able to access Law Fusion.
