In some instances you may need to open outlook or word (or any Microsoft application) in safe mode as the Law Fusion add-ins are causing an error preventing office apps from opening.
In the search box in the bottom left 
Type in :
outlook.exe /safe for Outlook.
winword.exe /safe for Word.
Then press "Enter".
Your chosen app will now open in Safe Mode which disables add-ins from loading.
This will work on both the Remote Desktop Server on your Local Desktop.
