Sure thing, so the problem is that the new window opens but it opens outside of the screens.

You can deduce that because the program isn't crashing (white-out screen) and no error message appears, it just not interactable.

This issue usually appears when the user changes nr of screens between work sessions without fully closing the program.

The fix is found in the Registry Editor, to find it search for it in your taskbar Image_2024-02-13_17-02-44.png Then inside the new window you need to go to this path 

" Computer\HKEY_CURRENT_USER\Software\VB and VBA Program Settings\Select Legal\ExpenseClaim\frmExpClaimList "

In this folder you should delete everything EXCEPT the " (Default) " registry.

 After that close the Fee Earner Desktop and open it again.

If it's frozen you need to close it from the "Task Manager"
